I love the layout of this theater. Lots of space and ample parking in the back of the building. Bathrooms are downstairs and dated. The one thing I didn't like was how the railings and stairs were set up in one of the theaters. (I believe theater #2) It's almost a safety issue. You have to pass in front of others to get to the top row seating. If there was an emergency, people in the last top row would be screwed. Some theaters were extra hot while others were at normal temperature. It's not in a safe part of town, but the actual theater feels safe. Overall, I had a good time.
a year agoI went to watch the Zootopia 2 with my family. The area was nice and clean. There are no issues with the movie and staff was polite.
2 months agoI frequent this theatre with my son because we live in the shaker square area, It’s family oriented but could use some updating, the bathrooms are atrocious, it’s very dark & dank, there should be a better variety of snacks, the theatre’s are also very cold, the movie projectors seem to be low quality. I would love to see some talc on this theatre because it is a nice atmosphere to hang with family & friends.
2 years agoLoved the old movie house feel. I used to work at a theater from the 1920s and this theater was almost the same set up and feel. Small town atmosphere. Digital movies and real surround sound. Staff was friendly. Its just not where you would imagine a movie theater. It is part of a small plaza.
4 years agoI had a pleasant experience during my first visit. I watched Black Panther on a Monday and they have this great deal called Bargain Mondays that offers tickets at just $5. I got the best seats since there were hardly anyone for the show. Their service was good when I got my ticket at the ticket counter and some snacks at the food counter. I also got Avengers: Infinity War tickets from this place. I'll be back for another experience very soon.
