Bagley I71 Marathon: Cleveland Gas Station Guide

Rented a U-Haul trailer from here. The guy who helped me asked me if I wanted to return at a separate location. I said yes. When I returned it, I got charged over $200 for a $24 trailer. When I called U-Haul they said I had to return the trailer to the same location. So now I’m out $200 because this site doesn’t know the regulations surrounding the business they opted into running. The guy who helped me was also very rude and made me wait over 30 minutes to get someone out there to help me set it up. He redid the entire rental application on his end that I already did prior to arriving which I’m guessing is where the issue came in. And he said “I’m new and don’t know how to do this” which is really reassuring. I wouldn’t recommend going through this site for a rental.

All fueled up at this gas station once we left the hotel the next morning. The fueling process was quick, had prices were reasonable as compared to Chicago. Then we moved on to our next destination in Cleveland OH. #RoadTrip #ToNiagaraFalls

Horrible customer service. Very rude employees. I also don’t recommend ever getting a u-haul from this establishment they’re very unprofessional and will find any way to overcharge you for there service. I highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost.

We tried to rent a Uhaul here and Uhaul had a system wide outage which we understand is not the gas stations fault. But we did make a reservation online and received a confirmation email, so we didn't know about the outage. The guy working the counter told us there was nothing he could do but would talk to his boss. When he came out and asked what our pick up time was and we informed him, he responded with "You're funny". He seemed annoyed with us as did the guy working the counter. I wouldn't go here for gas or anything else at this point just because they were so rude and unprofessional.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE - INSIDER USE SUSPECTED. Employee blamed the billion dollar company U-Haul for double booking, yet the key was missing, but the truck was present? Weird. Reported.
