David Romano should be fired. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think he doesn’t believe older customers with small businesses will spend money like larger younger companies. I filed a complaint and never heard back!
2 months agoFriendly staff,fast unloading (unloaded within 45mins)…. Dock isn’t too bad well I arrived about 9am so I got to dock before anyone else arrived. There were 3 docks and the middle dock is left open for maneuver purposes
