Today I visited the fitness center! They have a great program. To begin, we went through all of the equipment and set up each one to my specifications. Each machine is connected to the MyWellness app so my progress is tracked on my phone. Brad was fantastic....very patient ☺️ The center is centrally located and the program is free!
2 years agoI had an appointment scheduled on November 12th with Dr. Minnie Bowers, and after waiting for over 30 minutes, she never showed up. No one from the staff at Langston Hughes Community Health and Education Center provided any updates or explanations during my wait. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better communication and respect for patients’ time. At this point, I am not at all satisfied with the service I received from the staff here.
3 months agoThe Langston Hughes building is kept very neat and clean. I like how quiet it is and also, the staff is very nice. The workout area is clean too, everyone helps clean up after themselves by using disinfectant wipes when done with a machine. Team work makes the dream work! Also, there's plenty of great information and fliers given here. I love the reading materials. It all helps me out.
