The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I couldn’t find how to get to their drive up window, and the lady stayed on the phone with me while I was driving around giving me detailed directions. In the end, it was easy to find, and the service was super quick. Thank you!!!
3 years agoI double checked on CPL’s website and followed all instructions prior to coming to the drive-through window but nobody was there to assist. I called the main library, no one picked up the phone either, even after I pressed the button for “immediate assistance”. Clearly the information on CPL’s website and from the online representative is not consistent with reality.
