Emerald Event Center: Cleveland Event Venue Guide

We had our wedding at Emerald Event Center and I cannot emphasize enough how perfect it was, the process of planning the wedding with the best event coordinator ever; Alyssa Schoen was so seamless and easy, it made everything so much less stressful, the whole team and staff from the beginning of the process up until wedding day were above and beyond what we expected. The service, food, and overall quality of everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. You won’t regret having your big day here, it’s the best decision we made.

As a wedding photographer (Eighty Eight Photo) I can absolutely recommend this amazing venue to any couples looking for an awesome all in one space to host their event. Staff is top notch, the ballroom is beautiful, and after your ceremony and reception wrap up you and all your guests can walk back to your room to recharge. No brainer for anyone looking to get married in the area.

We booked the Emerald Event Center for our August 2024 wedding reception and it was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, our communication with Shannon was prompt and efficient. She was always quick to answer when we had questions and helped us throughout the entire process - adjusting the venue service offering to fit our needs, creating blueprints of the space until we landed on what we liked best, confirming day-of timeline, setting up our venue space and decor on the wedding day (which was amazing and such a stress relief!!), ensuring cocktail hour / dinner went smoothly and more. She was so easy to work with and truly made our experience amazing. As for the venue itself, it is a large ballroom which gives you the opportunity to be creative with how you set things up. We used the hallway and outside patio space for cocktail hour. The food was really great and we received a lot of compliments on it! We also received a complimentary wedding cake which was a really nice add on! It looked beautiful and tasted very good too! One of the best parts about this venue is that it is attached to the hotel, which makes things SUPER convenient for guests. So many guests stayed the night which kept the party going! The hotel bar also stayed open for us until 1am for an "after party" which was fun way to wrap up our wedding night! Overall, we would highly recommend booking the Emerald Event Center as your wedding venue if you are considering it. You will not be disappointed!

This was my best hotel stay ever. The room was clean and well designed. The soundproofing was great. I slept all night no problem. The shower is huge and you can adjust the water temp before getting in. The provided soap had a light fragrance. The breakfast had oat milk! I’m lactose intolerant so I really appreciated that. There is no restaurant in the hotel only frozen appetizers that the bartender can heat up for you. I got chicken wings and they were good. There are frozen microwave dinners in the lobby store in case you arrive late and hungry. There is no place to eat in walking distance except for a convenience store.

Our experience working with the Emerald Event Center for our charity event was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial planning stages to the last-minute changes, the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The entire process was seamless, thanks to their efficiency and professionalism.
