Hilton Cleveland Downtown: Cleveland Hotel Guide

Stayed here for work and will definitely go back for a couples weekend. The restaurant menu was small but the food was top notch, the wait staff was the best ever! Went back for breakfast and the buffet is no joke, definitely worth the price. I swear they have someone go through the fruit and pick out anything that didnt look like it was just picked. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Water pressure was better than average. Definitely a nice place to stay, my only complaint is the parking. You'd think for the $50 they charge for parking it would be on site. Nonetheless this place was Definitely worth it!

As a user of the Hilton app, I was able to check in online ahead of time and even select my room and request a digital key, which all allowed me to arrive and go directly up to my room — a great detail after a long and tiring travel day! During the course of my stay, several staff members answered questions and helped, and all my interactions with them were terrific. Carlos at the front desk was particularly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 20th floor was solid fog, never-ending fog, but of course that wasn't the hotel's fault!

Cleveland is blessed to have this hotel. It’s stunning, valet was a breeze, the lobby looked lovely for the holiday season. Check-in staff were abundant to clear the line of guests waiting. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a free upgrade to a suite. HIGHLY recommend the graffiti suite if you can swing it. The late night food was good, the bed was very comfortable, great small touches throughout the room. We’ve stayed at other hotels downtown and nothing compares to this one. We can’t wait to come back for another local getaway.

I had a really good stay here. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. Special shoutout to Rayshaun ( I hope I spelled that right). He was pleasant and very thorough, I can tell he truly enjoys his job and people in general.

I have the best experience everytime. Danialys at the front desk has consistently taken care of me. Everyone from the valet at the front to Kaiden the bellman greeted me with a smile always and was very helpful. And the rooms are always clean and fully stocked. Another time I visited Carina helped me get on the elevator because I did not know what I was doing, lol. I'll always return. A nice staycation place within the city. No need to leave the property.
