The food was really good, but I expected more flavor. Our server was not attentive nor did she return to check in most of the time. With that being said the hospitality and service of the hostess and other servers was Amazing! Just not ours. I had salmon and my boyfriend had jambalaya. The violinist there was a WHOLE VIBE. There was also presence of flies in the restaurants. Aside from the service we received from our server and the fly issue, the ambiance was nice.

The food was very well prepared, hot, delicious, we shared several appetizers. Dinner was delicious with enough to take home for some of our party. I was concerned about my food allergy but the manager came out to confirm separately preparing items so no worries! The only downside no kids menu but they offer kids items which I’m glad we asked (picky teen) but easy fix when we asked! Music was relaxing with the dim setting, we look forward to seeing you guys again!

My girlfriend and I recently had a wonderful time at the House of Creole in Cleveland. We stopped by without a reservation and were thrilled to be able to walk right up and grab two seats at the bar immediately. It’s always a great sign when a busy spot can accommodate walk-ins so smoothly! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was very nice, contributing to a lively and friendly atmosphere. The highlight of our visit, though, was our outstanding bartender, Jamaan. Jamaan provided top-tier service throughout our entire evening. He was attentive, quick with our drink orders, and clearly had a passion for making sure every guest at the bar felt taken care of. He made excellent recommendations and was a pleasure to chat with. The level of personal attention he gave us really elevated the experience from a simple dinner and drinks to a memorable night out. The food and drinks were delicious (try their smoked old fashioned!), and the overall vibe of the restaurant is vibrant and authentic. If you are looking for delicious Creole cuisine in a place where you are guaranteed to feel welcomed and receive fantastic service, especially at the bar, look no further than the House of Creole.

I’ve been waiting to try House of Creole, and I was so excited to finally make it! The food here was amazing, and they have a great brunch package that includes bottomless mimosas and an entrée of your choice. Everything was made to everyone’s satisfaction — one order of lamb chops came out overcooked, but management was very kind and quick to fix the issue. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and there wasn’t a long wait, which was surprising for a Saturday. Our server could’ve been a bit more attentive, but I understood he was also running the bar, so it made sense. Just a heads-up: auto gratuity is included. The spinach and artichoke dip was probably my favorite appetizer, and the steak was seasoned perfectly — just make sure to ask for medium, as mine came a bit overcooked. Overall, I’d definitely come back!
