The Ballroom at Park Lane: Cleveland Event Venue Guide

Ballroom was the first venue I checked out on the hunt and had 20 venues to check out in total on my short trip from NYC. It was an immediate yes, but I had to look at the other 19 venues to be sure and all I could do was compare all of them to Ballroom. As soon as I met Nicole, I just knew she was locked in to her work and I would be in good hands. Thank you SO much Nicole! Nicole helps you with everything up and down and she is HONEST with the biggest heart you could ask for during your planning. Ballroom has everything you need and is such a classy and homey space for an ideal wedding day. I LOVED my bridal suite and the fact that there was a suite for my hubby as well! Almost every other venue we checked either didn’t offer a suite for the husbands to get ready or had a closet and maybe a mirror. Ok, other than that, the parking spaces are good and the fact that Nicole can be your coordinator and offer so many recommendations on vendors makes it a breeze for anyone who (like a maniac) decides to plan their wedding themselves. I am from Cleveland, but haven’t lived there in quite some time so all of her advice was extremely helpful. Thank you for everything Ballroom and Nicole. The Ballroom at Parklane is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever been to. The building is stunning inside and out, and it’s so spacious. I’ve been there for multiple events and have loved the atmosphere, the friendliness, the supportiveness and the hard work from staff every single time. I’ve never been disappointed while visiting here. Nicole is so friendly, understanding and just awesome all around. I love being able to see her every time I come to an event here! Highly recommend, always.

We hosted our daughter’s quinceañera at this ballroom, and it could not have been more perfect! From the very beginning, the staff was attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was just right. The ballroom itself was stunning—spacious, elegant, and spotless, with everything arranged beautifully to fit the occasion. Throughout the night, the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. They were professional yet warm, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed without ever being intrusive. The service was efficient, the setup was seamless, and everything flowed effortlessly so we could truly enjoy the celebration. Most importantly, our family and guests had the absolute best time. The atmosphere made the night feel magical, and our daughter felt so special. It’s a night we will always remember, and this venue played such a huge role in making it memorable. I would highly recommend this ballroom for any special event—especially a quinceañera. The combination of a beautiful space, excellent service, and a dedicated staff made it an unforgettable experience!

The ballroom at park place is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve had 4 events there now, and everytime I walk thru the doors I’m amazed at how beautifully decorated it is! The whole process from booking the tour, all the way until the end of the event was extremely easy! The staff is so kind! Everyone was eager to make sure it ran smoothly and stress free for me!! Hands down HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nicole and her incredible team are so wonderful to work with! Super kind, helpful, and get things done right! The Ballroom is such a beautiful space and we held a Beauty Boost Cleveland empowerment workshop here - it was the best atmosphere! The details in the spaces are lovely and it is a perfect venue for any kind of gathering you are looking for! Highly recommend!!
