We were in Cleveland for the day and wanted to stop for lunch but not fast food. I Googled "restaurants near me" and The South Side was at the top of the list. We absolutely loved it! The menu selection made it so hard to choose. Our choices were amazing!! Our server Veronica was friendly with a great sense of humor and helpful with us deciding what to order. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Cleveland!!
4 months agoAMAZING! The food was on another level. My wife and I were in town for the weekend and other diners were crowded. We happened to end up at South Side by accident but we have no regrets! The server was great. The food blew our minds. My only recommendation to the restaurant is that their menu completely undersold the food. The mini donut flight was a spiritual experience. I got the biscuits and gravy which were the best I’ve ever had. My wife got eggs, sausage & French toast. The quality of the food was top notch. I will be back!
4 months agoThe south side was good but not great, we went here for brunch and we got sat in the ba k which was fine since we were a larger group, however I think this let us be forgot about slightly. Our service was good but not great, again we were a large group so maybe that had to do with it but lots of drinks went empty and one person in the group was looked over completely for their drink order. Our food was good but not great, we all tried various items from the menu. The best at the table was the avocado toast. I’d go back but definitely want to try some new places next time.
4 months agoLove the atmosphere! Food was pretty good. I would recommend the nachos!! They had a seasonal burger that was pretty good too. Only downside is it’s pricey.
4 months agoBeautifully constructed little building in a charming, artsy community. The large windows bring in amazing natural light, and the Cleveland artwork is perfect! The queso dip and smash burgers were a 10! I cannot wait to return in the summertime to enjoy the patio
