“front desk staff were super cool and nice room was comfy but dirty (particularly the shower was not fully cleaned before arrival-shown in picture) and the shower was not draining well. If we were there for more than one night, we would have called front desk and asked them to unclog/clean it but we just needed a good sleep and to get back on the road!”
“Overall terrible stay. The room was clean. The bathroom was not great. The toilet ran for up to 30 min after usage. The shower water took up to 30 min to achieve lukewarm temperature. There was a man on drugs placed within our team room block causing a disturbance and scaring children. Front desk did not answer several calls. Cops were called . Hotel provides zero security. One family found drugs in their room while another woke up to a used condom in front of their door. Only response from manager was a generic thank you for the update email. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”
“Did the pre check in via phone. But still had to redo it all when got to the lobby. Finally got to the room. It was a nice size, the bed was clean and very nice. All the light plugs were unplugged and the TV had to be reprogrammed. The bathroom... well the tub was chipped, the sink cabnet was off center and you can see the holes from the towel holder from the previous spot. The door for the next room was broken and could have been easly open from the other side. Went to the lobby to get another room but it would be a hour before a room was ready. Decided to stay in the room. As far as a selection of snacks very limited. The morning breakfast selction was normal run of the mill hotel food. The next morning went to go shower and by the photo you can see there was back flow of rusted water. I went to complain but there was no one at the desk. I dont know if i would recommend staying at this hotel. For the price it wasnt worth it.”
