“From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Malik (I believe that was his name), who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. His excellent service alone would make me want to return to this hotel. Everything felt clean and brand new, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally. The location is also fantastic. We were visiting mainly to explore Cuyahoga Valley, which was only about 15 minutes away. There’s also a beautiful shopping center less than a minute away with several high-end stores. Some of the negative reviews seem to be related to the hotel remaining open during construction, but honestly, the noise level during our stay was not bad at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and Malik truly made our stay exceptional!”

“Under huge renovation. Stayed here late September and then again on November 7th. There seemed to have made no progress. No front lobby, no gym, no coffee maker in the room or any utensils, plates, glasses, etc in the kitchenette that comes in your room. No safe, no grab bars, didn't like the layout of the room with the bathroom sink right next to the bed with no privacy or blockage of light for someone using the sink in the middle of the night. TV is hard to figure out as well as the shower which had no grip bars. Always stayed here because we had points and it was a convenient place to stay before a trip. If the need arises I would stay at the kimpton close by that's cost more points but much nicer.”

“HORRIBLE! Filthy, filthy, and shady management Liked · I liked absolutely nothing. Disliked · Property is in a great location and looks nice on the outside but it is FILTHY. I am a business traveler and have stayed at hotels, good and not so good for years. But this was THE WORST experience ever. I had to buy Lysol to spray down the disgusting room and wipe down everything from food on walls, hairs on pillows, dog hair and food on floors that were not swept or mopped. Shower curtain was disgusting and tub was gross and stained. Cabinets and furniture was falling apart, bed and bedding smelled of sweat and body odor. "Breakfast" consists of coffee and a wrapped breakfast bar/muffin or packet of oatmeal. No milk, juice, fruit, nothing else. And to top it all off, I had to check out a day early, provided 24 hour notice to the front desk but the manager had to handle the transaction. Manager avoided my repeated attempts to contact him and the wonderful people at Booking.com tried to contact multiple times and was hung up on and repeated emails never answered. Last attempt to contact manager I let the staff know to please ask him to follow up or I would be forced to dispute the charge on my credit card. Funny, but the next day the credit card company told me there was unusual activity on my card and $300 of unauthorized charges were made on my card in a state where I have never even been. Not accusing, but a bit fishy, huh? Long story short, if you want to stay in a filthy, shady hotel, go for it. Otherwise, STEER CLEAR of this one!”
