“I gotta say I’m impressed! I got no complaints. The front desk staff Gloria and Deepa were so kind and helpful to me. Easily extended my trip by a night for the same rate. Parking is directly behind the building and has a security guard 24/7. Can’t beat the location. Literally within walking distance to the two concert venues I came to see. Super thankful they keep the rates decently affordable (about $100 on a week night) bed was comfy, room clean, shower was nice, working coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. They even have a nice continental breakfast till 9:30 am. Super thankful to find this place and plan to be back a bunch more. Thanks again for your kindness with parking and rates. Only drawback was not being able to open hotel windows but that’s common on the upper floor. So can’t complain. Overall quality experience for the price for sure. They treated me great as a gold member.”

“Location is the only good about this hotel. The parking lot was a sheet of ice. The sign in process was done on paper. The rooms looked like they haven't seen an upgrade since the 60's. A closet is bigger than the bathroom. Not at all what I expected.”

“If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. From the day I arrived for my 3 day stay there were issues. There was a loud bar that played music from 11p-1a so I could not sleep. Additionally, the water pressure was low in the shower and there was no hot water. My heater rattled and did not work properly and I was forced to turn it off leaving me without heat my first night. The next day they moved me to another room that WAS NOT CLEANED from the prior occupant. Their used towels, soap, bed linens, etc were still there. I had a prior engagement so I was forced to leave my items in the room. When I returned that evening I could tell housekeeping had been in but there was a sticky substance on the tv remote. I then proceeded to clean my own room. The next night I had additional issues and called down to the front desk. I was told there was no manager on duty and there wasn't anything they could do. I sent an e-mail to the manager the following day when I was to check out. She responded and offered me a $50 adjustment on my bill, total. When I told her I did not feel that was satisfactory, she has ignored my e-mails. I called the corporate number, only to be told there was nothing they could do because each hotel is privately owned. I would never recommend this location to someone because if you have an issue it will not be addressed properly.”
