“My husband and I checked in at 9 PM. We dropped our bags off and I went into the bathroom to touch up my makeup. While I was in there, I noticed the toilet paper roll was used, but we chalked it up to the staff being busy. We went out with friends and Ubered home, and both went to bed. In the morning, I got up and took a quick shower, and the drain didn’t work. There was about two inches of water by the time I finished. When it was time for checkout, we pulled down the sheets to make sure we didn’t forget anything - and we saw a bunch of stains that I hope were from coffee. The bed was made when we checked in, so we obviously didn’t check the sheets. The stains were thankfully dry but this is not acceptable. We alerted the front desk to the issue and never heard back. We alerted Expedia of the issue (who we booked with) and they said since they were unable to get ahold of the manager, they couldn’t refund us. Save your money and don’t stay here.”
“This stay was disappointing. The comforter had this awful, scratchy texture that was just generally unpleasant to deal with. The room was dirty and the carpets were torn up. And there was what I am pretty sure is BLOOD on the light switch entering the room. We ended up finding a new hotel to stay at and eating the cost of our second night here because this one is just absolutely disgusting. The other people in the hotel were noisy and two men followed me around the parking lot while I was walking my dog in the morning. Everything was just really unfortunate.”
“Bathroom had mold and mildew all around the shower. Bathroom door was filthy and sticky. Rumbling fan noise in the hall all day and night. Housekeeping never came on the next day to change the towels or make the bed. As reported on a previous review the breakfast was cold not even heated in the warming pans they were in. This is obviously a reoccurring concern they will not address. On checkout after I rang the bell 3 times at the desk, a woman with an attitude asked me what I wanted. I told her a receipt! She sighed and gave me an attitude! Would not recommend.”
