“Hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable and I appreciated the nice amenities and outlets in the room. Only negative part was the bathroom shower door not shutting during the shower, but it probably just needs to be fixed. Would stay here again.”
“We stayed here for an NFL game, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk was welcoming, valet service was smooth, and daily room service was nice—they made the beds and took the used towels each day. Our first room had a strong mold smell, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room. The second room was better, though a few things needed attention—some light bulbs were out, the TV had a blue tint so we couldn’t watch it, and the left faucet handle was leaking. One downside: many nearby restaurants closed early on Saturday night, so it was hard to find food after our long drive. Overall, the service was good, but the room issues and limited late-night options were disappointing.”
