“My husband, daughter and I stayed here 5 weeks cause my husband was sent with his job here. This has been one of the cleanest hotels... No bugs, No noise, and definitely no shady activity!!! We were welcomed and the staff was very friendly! I have a service animal and they never once questioned. Seeing some of the reviews make me sick!!! The rooms were very up to date, they supplied dishes as well to cook with!!! Parking lot is even spotless!!!”

“We arrived at our destination in the mid evening for a 3 day stay but later extended the stay by 1 day due to a winter storm. Check in went fine, the gentleman was pleasant and directed me to the location of our room. Initial appearance of the room was clean and orderly. Once we unpacked and started to use the room, multiple issues were found. The phone didn't have a dial tone, yes I checked if it was plugged into the phone jack. The ADA bathroom had a vertical grab bar to the front left of the shower that was plastic. When my wife moved the shower curtain to take a shower the plastic vertical bar fell to the floor exposing the lower bracket with sharp edges. Went to the front desk, since I couldn't call them from the room phone, and reported it. We left for a show and upon returning we found that someone had left a container of screws and brackets on the bathroom sink and instead of removing the broken brackets, had just snapped the plastic cover back on with no proper grab bar. The oven was an issue because the dial on the stove was melted and the temp gradients was reverse for this oven. Also Wi-Fi was very poor in our room. I could get on their network when in the hallway but in the room it would repeatedly drop out. I contacted the support company (Velocity) and after 8 minutes on the phone with them, they stated they have a known issue at this facility and we're working on a resolution in the future. I asked how soon the resolution would come and she stated it was unknown at that time. Last item noted was the backsplash in the kitchen was separated from the wall by 1 inch. All items were reported to the front desk. I hope they are repaired. This could be a nice place to stay if maintenance and care of room function was adhered to.”

“I reserved and paid for the ADA room 2 weeks before my month stay. Then proceeded to call those 2 weeks so I could see the room be sure the bed was right height or if I needed to have them remove the frame. According to their website they need 48 hrs of business days. I was always told a different reason. The day of reservation I was told they do not have the ADA room available and I would have to get a regular room. I use a wheelchair I NEED accessible. Last minute I had no where to go the manager did a refund. Left me with nothing, nowhere to sleep or stay. Do not believe anything they say.”
