“The rooms do not match hotel pictures on websites. No restaurant. No breakfast. Everything is false advertisement. If I could have gotten my money back right then and there I would have. 1st room was dirty, nasty and smelled which was 3rd floor. They patch up some holes and didnt repaint. Walls were dirty. 2nd room smelled like sewage didnt even walk 3 steps in. 3rd room was better but dark, dingy and non smoking/ smelled like smoke and we are smokers. I also went out the back building to get my car from where the 1st room was and fell on the ice not salted. I now am injured and she cant tell me anything or help with anything here. Never in my life. A trap house is better then here. We are so upset. I understand renovations happen this is a hazard and shouldn't be opened to anyone. It must have had heavy smoke or water damage at one point.”

“Staff was polite. Room was clean. There were no bugs. Water is hot and a/c and heat works. Room had microwave and fridge. Area is quiet. Stayed here temporarily while looking for an apartment. Price was affordable compared to other hotels. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. If you need a safe clean affordable place to sleep it’s better than sleeping in the car.”

“This inn is nasty. They have roaches, and bed bugs. The bed sheets and pillows are stained. The room we received still had things from previous guest under the beds. Lastly the bathroom was not cleaned. All this to say they need to do better, and provide better services.”
