“As others have said, this is an older property that is showing its age. The rooms were small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. There was good water pressure and the water was hot. On the downside, the HVAC unit had a mind of its own, the furnishings were worn, and the tub area was in need of a recaulk. The breakfast was fine--typical Hampton fare. In general, this hotel is like most of the Cleveland properties--older and well-used. If you are expecting to find a sparkling new hotel, this is not it. But, it is a clean room and a comfortable bed.”
“Staff were very professional and happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. Rooms were clean and neatly organized. Greeted with my name on the TV is such a nice touch when you walk into the room. Breakfast was delicious on my way out the door. Overall, great experience.”
