“I have photos that I wish I could add to this review… but the bathroom cabinet is soooo rusty, there were water leak stains on the ceiling, and the sink leaked and I had to put a towel down to keep water from leaking all over the counter. I also found a sticker over the sounder vent on the smoke alarm. 🤷♀️ The elevator tried to go when the door wasn’t closed whatsoever. It didn’t even try to close before it started moving. Thankfully it stopped itself part way up and closed the door before continuing the rest of the way. Unsettling… Other than that, the staff were all VERY nice and welcoming. I was greeted every time I came and went. Beds were comfy and linens were fresh. They do have a nice little snack and drink shop near the front desk with lots of options. Oh, and using the digital key option via the app was super convenient! Lots of restaurants near by and only maybe 10 min away from most shopping. There is a microwave in the room and a pretty decently sized mini fridge that actually keeps things cold! I would stay here again, but the bathrooms need some TLC and the elevators need some maintenance…”
“Stayed for two nights September 20-21 of this year. The rooms were nice, the desk staff very friendly. Service was terrible. Beds were never made up, trash was never emptied, and no fresh towels were ever provided. My wife went down to the front desk and was given fresh towels and handed a couple of trash bags and told to take out the trash herself. Got down to breakfast at 7:30 on Monday morning, and there were no eggs left. We will not be returning.”
“We had a cancelled flight at the Cleveland airport. This hotel had a room available with the usual good quality Hampton rooms and breakfast. The receptionist saw our distress due to the cancellation preventing us from getting home after an international flight. She gave us water and snacks and had a pleasant personality all which was much appreciated”
