“I was recently working at the great big home show at the IX expo center and stayed at this hotel with my team. Everything was great. The room was very nice, big bathroom, and the rooms were well insulated (very quiet - quiet hours are extremely helpful as well). The bed was very comfy with different pillow firmness offered. The staff was also super friendly - one morning I spilled hot tea all over myself and Kelly on the housekeeping team was especially helpful. Also I was greeted by Lisa by the breakfast nook every morning which was very nice - free breakfast is always a huge plus and there were lots of options!!”
“What a great experience at Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport! We had to stay a night by Cleveland Airport and I was nervous. Everything was awesome from Rish checking us in, entering the clean, warm, & spacious room, and dinner at Bob Evan’s. Then a comfy bed and quiet, for 11 hours of sleep. Lisa served us a full breakfast with omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, fresh coffee and fruit, & sooo much more. Then Karish kindly checked us out and confirmed our free shuttle ride to airport. Fresh coffee all day in lobby. We are so happy with our stay. 🤗”
“Once we discovered the Holiday Inn Express on Snow Rd in Brook Park, it has been our go-to whenever we go to Cleveland. First, the location is great, very close to I-71, I-480 and the airport. More importantly, the place is very clean, rooms are spacious, showers are warm with good pressure, and amenities are complete: mini-fridge, blackout shades, wifi, iron, hair-blower, charging ports, carts on wheels, ice and filtered water … and the daily breakfast included beats all other hotel-included-breakfasts we’ve had. There is a good selection that is kept stocked and warm, and the little omelettes, meats and especially potatoes are really good. The space to sit and eat is comfortable and continually cleaned and they have delicious coffee with fresh cream available 24-7, made by a special machine that grinds the beans prior to the brewing of each individual cup. The most impressive thing is that everyone who works there is really friendly and very accommodating. Need a car ice scraper?-no problem; Need to use our freezer tonight? -no problem; Need your sheets changed today? - no problem; need help with printing something from your phone? -no problem. And the price is right! No more boutique hotels for us when we’re in Cleveland.”
