“I liked the hotel a lot. It was a good location for where I needed to be, breakfast was good options, room was big. My only issue was, the hotel doesn't service the rooms daily until late in the day. I would come back to the room and housekeeping was trying to come in to clean, when I was out all day and there was plenty of time to service the room. When I mentioned it to the front desk all they said was that it would be getting serviced late again, they do the rooms that need to be cleaned first. I stayed for 3 nights, it would have been nice to have the room cleaned once.”
“We had an awesome experience at this hotel. Angel checked us in and he was very calm and helping even though a party of 15 was in front of us, he even got us a better rate than I had booked w reservations (had some issues w correct night being booked). The breakfast was great best I have ever seen at a hotel and Ms Sam had the breakfast area stocked and clean. Beds were comfy and room was clean!! Thank you !!”
“The customer service was wonderful! Robert single-handedly helped us with everything we needed! While their elevators aren’t functioning, they made up for it with free ice cream, muffins, and free hot chocolate and coffee, available at all hours. Their breakfast had everything you could hope for besides maybe waffles. I chose the sausage biscuits and gravy and it was wonderful ♥️ the shower was roomy and had a nice ledge for soaps. The pool was a bit cold but they have a hot tub so we stayed in that. The fridge in the room was decent and the freezer compartment really did keep our ice cream frozen. It's also nice that the rooms on the fourth floor appear to be discounted because of the elevators being broke. Also because we were IHG rewards members we were able to get a really late checkout (1pm).”
