“I honestly don’t even want to give this hotel any stars. It was a complete construction mess and looked condemned upon arrival. I could understand some construction once in a while- but the place was completely dirty and unorganized. There was no upkeep of anything whatsoever. Things broken. No AC throughout- thank goodness it DID work in the room. I don’t even know how this place is allowed to be running. If we weren’t on a time constraint upon arrival- we would have asked for our money back and went to a different hotel.”
“Do not stay here!! This place should not be allowed to operate in its current condition. The whole place is a construction zone and the rooms are filthy. Couch was dirty, toilet was dirty, beds were dirty and there was dust everywhere. I could go on an on but you get the picture. Oh yeah to top it off the guy at the front desk had an attitude. Don’t stay here if you value cleanliness and good service.”
“We booked this place through what we thought was Sonesta for a little birthday gathering for my daughter, and when we got here i couldn’t believe it was this place. We were so tired from the full day we had already had and decided to stay. Never again. If its being renovated then throw the whole building away. We had to carry our own towels and blankets to room. Its gloomy it smells bad in the hallways. We had to basically clean the room again because it gave motel not hotel. Not to mention someone’s shoe in the room which we did not touch. The kids had fun but there is no way i am coming back here. Close it. Start over. This was no way to represent Sonesta.”
