“You know it's going to be a rough night when after check-in you see holes on the walls of your room and human hair on the floor. The price wasn't too bad, and I had business in the greater Cleveland area and so I decided to stay one night in December of last year. I was able to get some sleep, although the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was also an overwhelming stench in the room and hallways which was like a mixture of weed smoke and mildew. I will not be staying here again.”

“This by far was the most disappointing hotel experience for me. Even though the room had a vinyl plank wood floor it was obviously not cleaned well under things very often since under the bed and chair had a layer of major dust. The employees barely spoke any English and usually had their headphones in their ears and you had to repeat yourself once or twice in order for them to hear you. The pool had “algae” in it for the whole weekend we were there and were not able to even use it, the breakfast was another thing and was barely ever full of hot food items or plates when needed. Our room needed some MAJOR help it was supposedly a handicapped accessible room and whenever you took a shower the water would run from the shower out onto the bathroom floor so we had to be careful afterwards and not slip on the water left over.”

“This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. From the parking lot to the guest rooms, the entire property was in dire need of thorough cleaning and updates. The hallway carpet was stained with both dirt and bleach, and the walls appeared as though they had not been washed in years. Inside the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom tub had visible stains, the refrigerator contained old food, and the dressers still held items left behind by previous guests. The king bed’s mattress cover had both hair and blood stains, the floors were marked with dirt, and the desk was covered in spots that suggested it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Upon checking in at 7:30 p.m., I immediately reported these issues to the front desk clerk. Unfortunately, he insisted the room was clean and dismissed the blood stains as “okay,” claiming they simply did not come out in the wash. When I requested a different room, I was told the hotel was sold out. I then asked for the room to be cleaned so we could at least stay the night, but was informed that he was the only staff member on duty and would need to wait for someone else to cover him. Despite following up several times, the room was not cleaned until 11:50 p.m. By that time, I was exhausted, frustrated, and deeply dissatisfied with the service and conditions. This experience was unacceptable on every level, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.”
