“An employee was so incredibly rude to myself and my husband that it traumatized our 8yo daughter to the point that she wanted to leave. There is no overhead lighting in the room, and two of the lamps weren't working. There were not enough outlets for the lamps they had in the room, and it was incredibly dark. The room also was not very clean. Housekeeping never came to our room while we were there. We booked a 4 occupancy room, registered 3 people, and there were not enough towels in the room for us. It took me so long to track down towels. I mentioned to the front desk that housekeeping had not come by our room yet at 5:30pm (hence why I was asking for towels at the front desk), and they told me that they were still cleaning rooms. Housekeeping never ended up coming to our room. There were no towels at the pool for most of the time that we were there. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels while my husband and daughter were stuck waiting to get out of the pool. When they finally got back to me, they handed me one towel and told me that was all they could do. Not sure how my husband AND daughter were supposed to get out of the pool with one towel. I do want to mention that the women working at breakfast were absolutely lovely and very helpful without my even having to ask.”

“So when we went to the hotel and checked in everything was ok but than later on that day the kids was playing in the pool and we noticed there was a roach in the pool area so we went to the worker and notified them and that’s when the worker started spraying saying we already aware of the issue it’s been an ongoing thing so I told the worker why didn’t you notify people about this problem so as we was heading back up to or room to leave we seen a pregnant roach on our window in the room. That’s when the front desk called our office room saying are we satisfied with our room we told him no we are leaving you guys whole building is infested with roaches there was stains on the bed the whole place needs updating.Than I asked if we can have our money back and he told me no and also stated he will not give me my deposit back”

“Nice hotel for the price! We stayed for 4 days for my 50th high school reunion and we were very pleased! The rooms are clean, carpeted and fairly large and we'll equipped. Very comfortable bed. There is a large indoor area with a pool, a mini-golf course and a kids play area. Because we were busy with reunion events, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it sure looked inviting! Overall, we were very pleased and next time we stay in the area, we'll be back here!”
