“Absolutely diabolical, From walking in to the front desk attendant arguing very loud on cellphone with her partners whereabouts, along with a guest in the lobby yelling about the poor conditions of the hotel. I thought she was just having a bad day( Turns out she was right) To having to carry heavy and lots of bags up the stairs because the elevator doesn't work, neither does the pool nor my toilet, so now im in the room where the bed is definitely leaning, there's also the most molded piece of food next to bed , it was furry lol, to mold on multiple parts of the ceiling ,, to the biggest hair ball in the sink , hair all over the bathroom floor (definitely pubs) the bathroom toilet leaks every flush the sink clogs every wash (definitely the hair bush in the sink)now I checked the bed for bugs (in my mind .I was convinced that there'sdefinitely bugs ' in my mind) found nothing but more hair and Stains , Screw it I have to take a nap I close my eyes only to hear the neighbors throwing someones things out in the hall saying " get out" ok great no nap, so I'll do other things like get dolled meanwhile the smoke detector and evacuation sirens are blaring and for about 20 minutes long, I didn't stay the night I came back in the morning being that it was a 3 night stay . next morning to go request clean towels. They are out at the moment (that lasted the entire weekend) SO now my kid and I decided to explore the hotel for fun, only to run in to other guest, who immediately said , I hope your writing a letter (which means a review)out the blue Then she stated that she was moved out of one room because of bugs ( I KNEW IT )to another filthy room on the fifth floor and she was elderly. Oh BTW a huge black spider was crawling in the bed by the end of the night....This is the only some of the things I have never written an review , I had to! Im very aware of the low star rating however this hotel has to be illegal.”
“DO NOT CHOOSE TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION, if you are looking for a respectable place. Honestly the 1 rating is too high. The front desk was a joke. The lobby was partly dimmed causing the lobby to like a dungeon and a little seedy. That should have been a red flag. The hotel was sparsely decorated the 2 employees we saw didn't wear branded clothing, One was wearing flannel over a shirt and jeans. We stood there for two minutes while she chatted with another employee before we were even acknowledged. (another ignored red flag). As we were being checked in, she continued the conversation with the coworkered which included discussion about clogged toliets and another employee. I asked for an additional towel. she said "laundry disnt show up" so there werent any clean towels. The only vending we saw was an inoperational vending machine. They did have a few sparse snacks and water for sale from the desk. She checked us into a 3rd floor room. It was after checking in that she told us the elevator was broken. We asked for 1st floor there were none available. The other enployee said that it just broke and that repair should have it fixed the same day As we were exiting the hotel lobby, 3 police cruisers pulled up, with the appearnce they were responding to a call. We drove around the building to closest hall door and least amount of stairs to climb. When we openeed the outside dooe to the hall, were we greeted by a very strong scent of marijuana - so strong that you think you'll get high from the 2nd hand exposure while praying your clothes don't absorb the scent. This, coupled with the tile flooring, the holes in the dirty yellow stained walls, the police prescence made it feel like a a 1950s mental health institution one would want to escape. We forfeited the funds and chose to escape. Recommend: Drive to the otherside of the highway and stay at the Laquinta (clean and great service), Comfort Inn, Holiday inn, or springhill suites”
“cant speak of the service based on my review but we have witnessed and assisted today feb 3rd and 4th 2026 multiple vehicles stuck in the parking lot due to heavy unplowed snow. one lady waiting for roadside for 4 hours for a winchout because of 8inch+ deep unplowed snow and ice. you would think a hotel would care enough about business to plow customer parking spaces in both the side and rear of the building but this location does not. the side spaces that are at a downward slope are unplowed. just mashed down from 4x4 vehicles parking there and the rear is totally unplowed. barely navigated it with my 4x4 truck and watched multiple people pull up and turn around going to a different hotel because of this. if the space customers are supposed to trust to leave their vehicles in is not taken care of, can we trust the service and quality of the hotel itself? attempted to call the front desk to alert them after i left. 2am, should not be super busy. yet phone range for 90 seconds. i cannot imagine if there was an emergency here if anyone would respond. just all around bad experience. i will personally never book a room here nor will my friends and family.”
