“This is NOT an airport hotel in the slightest. The room was fine but the lobby was filthy. The elevator smelled like vomit. And the “airport shuttle” hours really are 3pm to 11pm.Not joking. Who stays at a hotel for an afternoon/evening flight? It’s clear the staff get a lot of complaints as they snapped back at me when I said wait it’s not 3am to 11pm? And they don’t even let you keep your car at the parking lot. If you want real service look elsewhere.”
“Stayed New Year’s Eve and was overall underwhelmed. The staff were not very welcoming. Pretty dry and no energy. The breakfast was less than impressive for this caliber of a hotel. I expect more. The mattress was the worse mattress I’ve slept on at any hotel. Lastly check out is at 11am. Why is someone knocking on my door at 10:12. Before I could come to the door with my children still sleeping off a long New Year morning the housekeeper came into my room. She apologized but this is UNACCEPTABLE. You can’t wait until 11 or clean the rooms of the guest that you’ve verified checkouts for??? The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were spacious but I will not return.”
“Staff was awesome. We were driving from TX to NY with 2- 26 foot penske box truck (one with a car trailer. On of our group got thier eary and talked to the staff and they coordinated to get us parking very close to the hotel. I could not have been more impressed.”
