“The staff is really nice, we were able to check in really early..which was so important to us coming from our of state. Location is 4 stars only because we had to park in a garage that's elevator didn't work down the road in order to avoid paying valet and extra. We are here for my back surgery and the Sunday special prices were cheaper than the Cleavland Clinic discount today. Other than that, really cannot complain whatsoever about the anything else. The room is so nice. Very worth the price Imo.”

“On a recent trip to Cleveland (Dec 2025) my family stayed at the hotel (2 adults and 3 teens). Our room was very big and spacious. The location of the hotel is terrific and the staff at the reception and dining hall were kind, helpful and amazing. On day 2 out of 3, I asked the reception to please send the cleaning crew and empty our trash (there was only one very small bin that was over flowing) and clean the toilet since we had issues with repeated clogging on day 1 and 2 repairmen coming in to fix the issues. I also asked for fresh towels, more liquid soap for the shower and tp. I told them that there was no need to clean the room or make the beds. I was told that our room is already on the cleaning list for the day. Later the cleaning person knocked on my door and asked me to explain to her what we need. She said she will return later. We returned to the room around 7 pm and nothing was done. When I called the reception to inquire, they sent up clean towels and the person who came took the trash but said that no cleaning can be done at that hour since the crew was off for the day. We didn’t get more liquid soap. We are very low maintenance usually but these circumstances were unusual. Very disappointing considering the price we paid and that we had positive experiences in other Marriott hotels this trip (2+ weeks in a few US states). I have to add that I feel like cleanliness in general is not on top of their priority list. Some of their bathrooms on the second floor near the dining room that require hotel key to access were filthy and a few laundry machines were dirty too (and I did mention it to the reception when I went to ask for coins).”
