“This place was convenient. But it is the nastiest unkept property I've ever been to. It appears to be long-term Stay for folks that do not care. There's trash outside, everywhere along with large black bags of trash . Loud music into the night. Well used property. I would be surprised if there has been a site visit from the Marriott brand cuz I can't imagine them approving their name on this property. Absolutely crazy!! Lumpy, mattress, The bed didn't have a crisp fix so it makes you question everything else. And get rid of them little bitty lumpy pillows. Limited parking.”
“We had to book last minute room a day for a funeral , we ended being told the wrong hotel and had to cancel or room. Instead of being understanding of the situation we were in especially with the stress of a unexpected funeral, they were very rude and still had as pay the full amount for the room even for canceling.”
“First room we got had a roach problem hotel acknowledged and gave us reduction of 50% for 1 night of 3 night stay. Second room we got was better but hotel is way past renovation due date in our experience as Marriott PLATINUM members. Only good part is the staff really do try to help guests. Wish we had avoided this one.”
