“Stayed here for closeness to the Cleveland clinic due to an emergency. Front desk team was helpful at first but then failed to notify housekeepers of second night stay. Despite calling TWICE once during the night and early morning. Housekeeping came super early before checkout, threw away all food and drinks bought at the market kiosk they have. Not even an apology. Just oh, they already cleaned the room when at the desk at 1pm to renew keys for second stay. Those snacks and drinks are marked way up and cost as much as the room. Didn’t offer to replace or anything.”
“This hotel stay was horrible, highlighted by a 10-minute wait for rude service and a non-functional TV. The worst part was waking up at 1:30 am in room 829 to find bedbugs (photos attached). Despite reporting this and the broken amenities, staff did nothing, nor did they follow up. Do not stay here. Key Issues: Service: Welcoming, slow, and dismissive staff. Room 829: Confirmed bedbug infestation. Amenities: Broken TV/remote. Management: No follow-up after reporting issues.”
“Stayed here for two nights and then rebooked a third because my wife was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Overall staff was decently friendly but this place was a mess. Our rooms were very poorly cleaned. The TV in the room did not work and we were blamed for “pushing the buttons to fast” our furnace fan started making a crazy loud noise and we were immediately dismissed saying we turned the fan on too high. When maintenance came they found a real problem, while watching him try to fix it we had to go and ask to be moved because no one on the staff was going to step up and do it. The final piece of this 1 star review was drinking spoiled milk from the breakfast bar. My stomach has been wrong ever since. Overall I wish I could give a 0”
