“Location is great! Check in was easy, Jessica was very nice. The room is very run down. Room appeared to be clean. The doors face outside not like a typical hotel. More motel style. We came in late and the area was well lit.”
“My fiance and I are currently staying here while we are looking for our forever home and we have one of the two bedroom loft suites. It's very nice and the staff here are all amazing. Shout out to Jess, she is absolutely amazing and your company should be blessed to have such a wonderful hard working person working for you. The staff is absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I'd be willing to work here if the rules change and I could stay here🙂”
“While I love this hotel and the rooms were great, there were many issues. The website states a $5 pet fee, but this hotel charged us $75 instead (for 3 nights), and didn't seem to care that the website was misleading when we brought it to their attention. When we arrived in the evening, it had not snowed for at least 8 hours, yet the parking lot was not plowed nor the sidewalks or stairs. It was dangerous to even try to get to your rooms, especially if they were on the 2nd floor. Again, management didn't seem to care when it was brought to their attention. We even asked for a shovel so we could clean off our steps, and they didn't have one. Do better!”
