“The grossest of the gross. Rooms are janky and dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush slider door left open tv broken. Walls were dusty and what appears to be blood splatter on the ceiling and wall. People in the lobby openly harassed me for money when I was checking it. Felt unsafe. The woman working the desk was pleasant but I felt nervous leaving her. Praying we don’t leave with bedbugs.”
“Great location !!! Not far from the airport. They also have a bar called Sammy's which has been here for 25 plus years. The wifi internet is also good too but it'd be better if they upgraded to fast speed internet.”
“Definitely run down outdated 20 years late for a renovation. Got there instead of the reservation counter for at least 10 minutes before the guy even said a word to me he was on the computer and his phone doing something. He then said to me sorry I'll be a few minutes and continue to do whatever it was he was doing, he then started to check me in only to find out that there was $100 cash only deposit for my room which was mentioned nowhere when I booked the room. He went through this whole ordeal of the rules I had to sign to say that I had given him a cash deposit and he holds the hundred-dollar bill up I assume in camera view as he recites a whole spiel about I've given him $100 cash deposit and after my room is checked in the morning I'll get it back. Like I said room was outdated and old but the bed was still comfortable and everything worked in the room so for the price you can't complain if you're looking for customer service it's not the place to go. While I was checking in there was another couple came in behind me. I left to go grab my food came back 25 minutes later and they were still checking in and rather frustrated. A guy outside said they advertised a free airport shuttle but when he requested it they wanted 20 dollars for the shuttle. In the morning when I checked out noone checked the room just gave me back my deposit. I had prepaid my room on priceline.”
