“I’ve been going to Boss Dog since they first opened, and as much as it pains me to say, the quality has dramatically declined. The beer is still decent, if generally hoppy across all styles, and the service was pleasant. Alas, the same can’t be said of the food. Items I would eat again based on my last trip: the pretzel… and maybe the waffle from the chicken and waffles. Items I would avoid: the loaded potato chips (bland), pierogies (bland, and also still cold) fish and chips (questionable cuts of fish), poutine (bland), chicken from the chicken and waffles (very bland), and the coleslaw (a crime against humanity). Hopefully the management is able to turn things around, though I probably won’t be back to find out.”
