Went for my birthday, service was perfect. My first filet was tough so I sent it back. Second filet was better but still not good, but I didn't want to send it back again. Also got a glass that was cracked. The dress code was disappointing as there were baseball hats and people dressed like they were at Texas Roadhouse. The white cheddar mashed potatoes were amazing and the brownie dessert was decadent. After dining at other local places that the food was far superior, I'm not sure I would return here.

We started off with the steak cigars which were delicious! For our main course he ordered the wagyu and I ordered the filet mignon and both were delicious! For sides he had the steak fries and I had the white cheddar mashed potatoes. He wishes he ordered the mashed potatoes too, they were so creamy and tasted amazing. For our Anniversary dessert, we ordered the brownie... it was heaven! Very moist and warm which complemented the cool Gelato on top. Our server was very busy so I gave that a 4 star. He asked my husband if he wanted a refill and I asked for more water also, but it never came and I had to wait for ice to melt to drink anything. He finally returned and I asked for water again and it came quickly. The prices are high, but not insane! It was definitely a good choice for a special dinner.

Visited Cleveland Chop for Valentine’s Day and overall had a good experience, but a few things kept it from being a five-star visit. We started with the cigar rolls, which were excellent — very flavorful and something I’d definitely recommend. I ordered the 14 oz bone-in ribeye, and unfortunately it didn’t really meet expectations in terms of quality or flavor. On the other hand, the larger lobster tail was outstanding and cooked perfectly. The highlight of the night was the service. Our server, Emily, was fantastic — attentive, professional, and made our Valentine’s dinner enjoyable. Overall, Cleveland Chop has a great atmosphere, strong appetizers, and excellent service, but improving consistency with the main course would make the experience even better.
