OMG! I’ve never said this before but seriously the BEST meal of my life! David, our waiter took his time explaining the concept of fresh ingredients and fusion of flavors in every dish and didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the Miso Salmon with one advised swap of cilantro rice instead of richer miso rice to balance the weight of the dish. I really think David’s suggestion made this perfect in body. My husband, normally an eater of micro portions ate every bite of his generous fish and most of his seasoned fries. Cline Chardonnay was a great choice with my meal (also suggested by our waiter and surprisingly not the most expensive on their menu) while Baileys with my spouse’s coffee was a perfect warming on a cold day. For my birthday dessert, David treated me to a banana cake dessert with the best buttery crumb (think butter toffee) and real (of course) whip cream. I loved every delicious bite and even though we do not get out to Pinecrest often, we will be back for another slice of heaven…

What a great experience - made better by the suggestions of our fantastic waiter, David. We started with a cup of Lobster Bisque accompanied by the cheddar/scallion biscuits with honey butter. The bisque had a little bit of heat and lots of flavor. The biscuits by themselves are really good but the addition of honey butter brings it home. For the entree, we both ordered the twin filets with Peruvian jus. The steaks were very tender and the portion size was generous. The combo of steaks with the sweet carrots, juicy tomatoes, fried potatoes, and snap peas is a mouth full of flavor. David had great recommendations and was very attentive. We'll definitely return maybe to try brunch as the menu looked amazing.
