“If you’re looking for the most elite brewery in northeast Ohio, Noble Beast is it. We Don’t Rat We Don’t Run solera/foeder aged barleywine, while purposely inconsistent, is consistently the best beer brewed in Ohio. If that fact ruffles your feathers, you’ll at least enjoy one of the most unique beers you’ve ever tried. If this high abv, yet approachable and complex barleywine isn’t your thing, you’ll find some of the most well made (mid)west coast IPAs and lagers. The lagers rank right up there with Suarez Family and Wooly Pig. This doesn’t even take into account the to-style one off beers where Shaun and Erik do their due diligence to ensure an authentic experience. In a world of barrel aged stouts and hazy IPAs, while done well here, Noble Beast provides a refreshing, superior experience in other styles. It might surprise you to hear this about a brewery, but enough about beer. Noble Beast and Chef James provide the top eating experience in a Cleveland brewery. Local/sustainable/scratch etc. are just a short list of adjectives one can use to describe the food, but taste/value/speed of service are what will really blow you away. Always keep a lookout for new menu items and daily specials. There is a reason you’ll see the same employees visit to visit. Noble Beast bartenders really appear to be part of a family and don’t seem to be going anywhere. It shows in their service too. Don’t wait for a game, concert, museum visit, or musical. Come down to Noble Beast knowing it is a destination in itself.”
“My husband and I checked out Noble beast last night and we’re pleasantly surprised for it to be trivia night! – The vibes at this bar are really great. For trivia night they were playing a lot of really good 90s era rock in fun stuff… Think The Cranberries, Matchbox Twenty, etc. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and loved it. I had the ham sandwich that was on a rosemary focaccia bread. It was absolutely delicious! Of course we had some great brews and will definitely be going back!”
“Came to town for a football game, leaving with this place on my mind. First came for drinks. Second day came back to try the food. Fantastic on both fronts. Adjacent parking lot. Sesame wings were outstanding. Absolutely try the burger (cooked as you like)”
