“They have the best brisket in NE Ohio. I have tried many places but they fall short of OL'CHEFSKIS BBQ. We have gone there for a few years now and the food is always correct and nice portions. The brisket is smoked to perfection. It's tender and flavorful. My favorite sauce is the 50/50. It allows for the sweetness and spiciy melded together. We also get the polishboy and fries with that same sauce. Those thick cut fries with 50/50 sauce can be a meal in itself, but is a welcomed accompany to the sandwiches. I can only eat half of the sandwich in those cases. Please check them out, they will not disappoint.”
