“I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Paradise Biryani Pointe (Parma, OH). The quantity of food was far too low for the price of $19.99. As regular customers, we clearly know the portion sizes from last year, and this was noticeably less. I called to raise a complaint. The person who answered said he would check with the chef and call us back, but he never did. When I called again, I was connected to the front desk. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he simply kept repeating that they have been serving the same quantity for the past two years. As loyal customers, we know that’s not accurate. The most disappointing part was his careless response — he even asked, “What are you expecting from us?” That kind of attitude toward a genuine customer concern is unacceptable. High price, reduced quantity, and very poor customer service. Completely disappointed with their service and response. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.”

There was no wait time and we got our food in no time. Kothimeera chicken was really wonderful and next level as the staff suggested. Perfect taste and spice levels at medium spice range. We really had a great time having the food here. My friends suggested that kingfisher beer is highlight and must try if you like that Indian feel. Absolutely one of the best you can have in whole Cleveland. The best South Indian flavored restaurant to try the flavors of perfect Hyderabadi feel.”
