“As a lifelong advocate and former employee I and extremely disappointed in the performance of the Brooklyn location. For how strict management was for us to hold the standards to perfection it has definitely become less than adequate. I went tonight and my burgers were not only missing toppings but the burgers were burnt. On top of that servers no longer “sprint and smile” and the server that gave me the food didn’t even say thank you when I gave him a tip. He replied “cool” and went to the next car. Sadly this has been a reoccurring thing. I hope this changes and take their image and job seriously.”
