I have high standards for pancakes and Strongsville'breakfast restaurants are all over the place when it comes to good pancakes (Scramblers - awful, Jennifer's and Another Broken Egg Cafe - good) so I was excited when I found out they just opened this new restaurant. Came in and got 15 different pancakes of 3 different flavors and I can definitely say they have the best pancakes in Strongsville! The coffee is just ok, unfortunately, and the place was really loud and service was average. But, the food did come out quickly and at a good temperature and we only had to wait about 20 minutes despite it being crowded. Also, $50 with tip for 3 people seemed like a lot, but we brought home a ton of leftovers. Plus, other breakfast restaurants in the area, like Another Broken Egg Cafe, can cost almost twice that, so this place was a good value. Overall, I'd say a 4.5 star experience. Definitely plan to come back!

First time at this new restaurant. I could not find one thing wrong. Service was great, the food was better, prices matched the expectations. This will probably be our new breakfast spot. Update: I don't know what has happened here. Host forgot we were waiting and skipped us. The server seemed annoyed and was inattentive. Most of the food was luke-warm at best. The potatoes were undercooked and just seemed boiled, the sausage gravy was not even warm. We split some meals as there is a lot of food, but it was 6.50 for 2 sausage links that were dry. Overall it cost $83 for a family of 5 and 2 people did not even get their own entree. You will price yourself out of the market at this rate. For those prices, the execution needs to be perfect. It was not. Very disappointing.

First time at new restaurant. Menu prices are a bit higher than many other breakfast nooks. However, if you aren’t famished you and a friend could order one omelette and maybe a side of potatoes and there would be plenty. All omelettes come with 3 pancakes. So share:) The space is clean. My Irish omelette was over cooked and dried out. The potatoes inside were all that was moist. Plenty of food on the plate for $14. My wife’s tomato bacon cheese omelette was better prepared. More moist. Next visit my wife and I will split a meal. Not much on the menu is under $10. Hopefully they’ll figure out how to make a moist fluffy omelette for our next visit.
