“They were so good when they started out but the food now has inconsistent & not that good. Starting out they were good, but not anymore. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because some restaurant do have off days. But never again. Meat is not tender anymore. Both my ribs & brisket were tough. Also the brisket was the shape of a salisbury steak. Very weird & different. Also too pricey for the crap they serve.”
“Always pick this up when I DoorDash and thought my husband and I should give it a try. Usually when I go in there’s a younger guy and he’s nice. This older guy today to me was rude!! The food is ridiculously expensive for no reason! I had the 2 pieces Jamaican jerk chicken 2 rib and 2 shrimp let me say that LESS IS MORE so much I couldn’t taste my food! Unfortunately before we got our food I ran back in and got a soul roll the chicken, Mac and greens thinking they would taste like my own; I bit into it and along piece of stale hard cheese came out. Once I found a tender piece of my rib so disgusted by a piece of freaking hair in my food!!!!! NEVER!!!”
“I ordered thr rib tip dinner with a side of mac & cheese and baked beans and corn bread. Honestly, it was a waste of $30, the only thing that was edible were the rib tips. Bland was overall theme of the meal; the Mac & cheese was gritty and I see the list of cheeses in the description however I didn't taste any of them in the dish. The baked beans had a slight flavor in the sauce, but the beans weren't introduced to the sauce long enough to soak that flavor up. The cornbread looked fluffy, moist, & promising. . . all promise faded after the first bite, it was air in bread form. The one redeeming part of the meal were the rib tips, they were a solid c+, while they could've used a bit more seasoning, they did have decent flavor and texture. Maybe it was a off- night, but I was hoping for much more.”
