“I had an extremely disappointing experience here on January 23rd. According to the bar’s Facebook page and Google listing, closing time is 2:30 a.m. However, at around 2:20–2:23 a.m., my friend and I were rudely forced out while we were simply waiting for our Uber to arrive. The staff was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile, including being sworn at by a blonde female bartender and another staff member behind the bar. Despite having a small tab (under $25), I tipped 50% out of courtesy. I also work in the restaurant/bar industry and fully understand wanting to close on time, but that does not excuse treating paying customers disrespectfully or asking them to leave before the stated closing time—especially in such a rude manner. This experience showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment.”
