Never eaten here before I booked a table to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What a beautiful setting. We sat on the patio east. There was live entertainment during dinner. We shared a calamari appetizer to start. Cooked perfectly. The only thing we didn’t care for was the aioli. It had a strong mayo taste. My wife ordered the sesame tuna. Cooked perfectly and a huge portion with a side of brussel sprouts. I had the prime rib with a side of hand cut fries. Really tender and it was so big I took half of it home. Our server was outstanding. She was friendly and attentive. I was really impressed with the portion sizes for the prices. Overall satisfying experience and will definitely return soon.

We came for lunch on a Wednesday. There was only one server working and she had several tables to serve both upstairs and on the outside patio. She worked hard to provide us good service and communicated about when the food was coming out. Unfortunately the food was not great. The salad came without the candied nuts and when asked, I was brought regular chopped nuts. The salad dressing didn't have much flavor.

Let me just say..it's been a long time since I could honestly say that was fabulous! Finally, a restaurant that backs up the food to the price and hype! We arrived at 7, and we did make reservations (it is a small area in the downstairs dining). Def recommended on a weekend. We were seated at a middle table but asked to move once one other larger tables left..the table we originally were given was way to small for 4 people, drinks, and apps my boyfriend almost knocked his drink over twice. Service was steady and attentive. We had the peppers and cheese spread app. The cheese spread was ok it didn't have a whole lot of flavor but could taste the horseradish in it. The peppers were mild at best, and it came with an assortment of crackers from the entertainment box, lol. I would say this app was just ok. The second app was the brushetta with strawberries and peaches. (Picture below) It's very good and super messy. My boyfriend ordered the meatloaf from the specials menu. Two large slices of meat wrapped in bacon and tipped with thick gravy and onion straws for crunch. Served alongside roasted carrots and mash. The flavor was spot on, not dry. The carrots were great and needed a tad more seasoning, but love roasted carrots. The mash are real potatoes (you may laugh, but 65 percent of the restaurants around here use instant or bagged), I ordered the coffee rubbed medallion's I asked for the cheesy grits and got the vegetable medley. The meat was tender cooked perfect, and the rub gave it great flavor. The grits are the coarse kind add a little salt and they were perfecthat. The vegetables were okay, like the variet but need cooked more. My friend's boyfriend ordered the pork chop it was by far the star of the show. It's super thick and has a yummy glaze, cooked to perfection. My girlfriend ordered the flay with mushroom demi glayes. I would say it was just OK. The steak lacked flavor and was cooked correctly but nothing to write home about. Lastly, we ordered dessert, and we got the carmel lava cake and the chocolate souffle. I would not say the caramel cake was a lava cake, more like a spongecake with lava on it, lol. I'm not sure I would order it again. The chocolate souffle was good but small and had a slightly acidic chocolate taste once again. Don't think I would order it again. Overall, the experience was great. The food was great , and the prices fit the food. Atmosphere outstanding will definitely return.
