Acacia Reservation: Cleveland Park Guide

I take my puppy here a lot. There are paved trails, ponds, big fields, picnic tables. Today we ventured off trail and found a hidden gem if you like the woods. I love it

Acacia Reservation is a hidden gem tucked away in Lyndhurst! This former golf course turned nature park offers peaceful paved trails perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. At 155 acres, it feels like an oasis surrounded by busy suburbs. The trails are easy to navigate and great for families with strollers or dog walkers. I loved spotting deer, colorful birds, and wildflowers during my visit. The ponds add a nice touch, and fishing is allowed if you have a license. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking make it convenient. It's amazing how quiet and natural it feels despite being right off Cedar Road. Definitely worth a visit for some fresh air and nature time!

Beautiful, serene, and welcoming place to walk. It’s large, so although it may look busy you won’t feel like you’re surrounded by others. Also, feels very safe when I’ve gone walking here. Bathroom was clean as well.

This is a hidden gem in NE Ohio, especially in the fall. It's absolutely breathtaking to walk along the paths admiring the glorious color of the changing season. There are a few walking or hiking options & the paths are mostly flat. There's a nice restroom & plenty of parking. There are picnic tables & benches which makes this a nice place to meet someone.

Went on a hike here with a friend for the CVNP Summer Hiking Challenge. Enjoyed being able to walk and catch up, while also reading the signage and seeing some wildlife! The Gazebo definitely needs some cleaning and having the floor repainted with all the bird poop, and I found it surprising that the entrance faces the condos and not the path, but it was a nice place to take a breather!
