"Let's make trains great again." Haha If you like to travel with more comfort space than a bus, consider Amtrak. This Cleveland station is located in downtown Cleveland. However, make sure you use GoogleMaps to find IT because IT can be a little tricky to find. Also, keep in mind that it's doesn't open until midnight, just in case you thought to get there early like I did. The staff arrived on time, professional and ready to go. Inside , the location is fairly clean, which has enough space to spread out until your train arrives. Again, this is a great alternative to travel with great views along the way. Shlwm. 💯🤌🏾⚜️

Staff there were positivity and unbelievably helpful. This station dispite what Google maps advertises is not open 24 hours and I found that out after my hands started locking up in 36° with 4 layers of clothing on. Please add some kind of warm area for people who get dropped off there if it opens at midnight, I felt like I almost froze to death.

I've only stopped here to take photos of the trains arriving and usually the East bound Lake Shore Limited. Train is on time most of the time. Parking lot is usually full but I've never seen it completely full, as they have a fair amount of travelers. Despite the signs, it can be hard to get into especially for first time visitors but not impossible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amtrak Cleveland Station Review — The Heartbeat of Rock & Roll and Football Pride If there’s one Amtrak stop that truly captures the soul of a city, it’s the Cleveland Amtrak Station. Perfectly positioned on the shores of Lake Erie, this station sits at the crossroads of music history and sports glory — literally next door to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the iconic Cleveland Browns Stadium. From the moment you step off the train, you can feel the energy of Cleveland — a city where amplifiers once roared, guitars screamed, and legends were born. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame isn’t just a museum; it’s a cathedral for music lovers. You can practically hear echoes of Elvis, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Bruce Springsteen in the breeze as you walk the few steps from the platform to the Hall’s striking glass pyramid. The building itself, designed by the great I.M. Pei, is a work of art — a beacon of creativity and rebellion that symbolizes everything Cleveland stands for: resilience, rhythm, and raw American soul. And just across the way stands another monument to passion — the Cleveland Browns Stadium, home to one of the most dedicated fan bases in all of professional sports. Whether it’s a crisp fall Sunday or a chilly night under the lights, the roar of the Dawg Pound fills the air. Browns fans bleed orange and brown, and their loyalty runs as deep as Lake Erie itself. The proximity of the stadium to the train station means you can arrive in town, grab your ticket, and be in your seat before kickoff — the ultimate convenience for football fans traveling from across the Midwest. Transportation here is effortless. Taxis and rideshares line up right outside, ready to whisk you into the heart of downtown Cleveland, and the Amtrak attendants are some of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll meet anywhere. They greet you like family, offer helpful directions, and truly embody that warm Midwestern hospitality. Whether you’re a music lover chasing the legends of rock, a diehard Browns fan answering the call of the Dawg Pound, or a traveler eager to experience Cleveland’s waterfront charm, the Amtrak Cleveland Station is your front-row ticket to it all. It’s not just a place to arrive — it’s the beginning of an unforgettable story where every note and every cheer feels alive. In short: Come for the train ride — stay for the rock, the roar, and the heart of Cleveland.
