Annie's Signature Sweets Baking School, Baking classes and camps for kids and adults: Cleveland Food Guide

I highly recommend taking Annie's hands on baking classes! I have taken them elsewhere and hers are so different because you do not have to share what you bake!!! I have gone with friends as well and they take theirs home and I take my own! Lastly she is an excellent hands on teacher and her assistants are all fabulous as well!

My son loved the kids summer camp! He came home with the most delicious treats he made himself! Annie was so nice and gave me a quick tour as well. Definitely would recommend for kids. I have my son signed up for another camp coming up!

My mother and I had such a fantastic time at Annie’s coconut macaroon making class! From start to finish, the experience was warm, welcoming, and incredibly enjoyable. Annie was knowledgeable, patient and engaging—perfect for both beginners and those with some baking experience. The class was hands-on and well-paced, with plenty of tips and tricks shared along the way (like how to get the perfect golden edges and chewy center!). I loved how we discussed a few flavor variations too—chocolate-dipped, almond, and even with chopped nuts. Best of all, we left with well over 2 dozen delicious macaroons, a detailed recipe to recreate them at home! My husband cannot stop eating them! Took the baklava baking class today and really enjoyed it! Annie is the best. Very experienced baker and instructor. Had everything ready for each person to get right into making their own pan of baklava. Annie is personable, kind, and patient. Highly recommend Ann’s classes. I plan on taking more in the future.

My son (32) and I did the pretzel making class. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. I am not a baker but these were easy to make. Anne and her staff did a great job having everything prepped and ready to go. She would demo each step as needed- making the dough, rolling out the pretzels, proofing(?) the pretzels and making the cheese sauce, then circulate to see if anyone had questions or needed assistance. There was some down time while waiting for the dough to rise or waiting for a mixer or hot plate so she had light refreshments available. People socialized and the 4 hours went by quickly. It was a relaxing class and a great way to spend a cold, snowy afternoon. Thank you!
