Artist Uncork'd: Cleveland Painting Studio Guide

I went here for a birthday party and had a really nice time. The ticket was $35 and the person having the party supplied the food and alcohol. I did not catch the artist name that assisted with the painting process but she was helpful to others, I just did my own thing.

I had my birthday gathering there on 3/29/2022 and it was amazing! Sara is the owner of the business and she was an angel! Let me pick out what me and my guest were going to paint for the evening, and it didn’t have to be in her gallery! I had a special request to have a painting done for my mom and she did an amazing job on it! All of my guest said she was wonderful and they loved her place of business. I received so many compliments and not one complaint! The night was magical for me and my guest! I highly recommend Artist Uncorke’d for a private venue…or to have a gathering at! Amazing atmosphere!!!

Was this fun, yes. Would I do it again no. Getting in touch with this business to book anything is extremely challenging. We booked a b day event for 12 people. The artist was very kind and did great with the kids, however she was extremely unorganized and unprepared. She did not have enough canvases set up, paintbrushes were dirty and soaking wet and she was having to clean them throughout the evening, and it was only one person working with our entire group where there were young children. I would expect that they would have been more prepared ahead of time or had at least two people to help out. It was fun doing it once, but I can’t say I would do it again.

0 star if I could. Booked a class, waited 15 minutes outside, and no instructor showed up. Did not receive a cancelation email or phone call. Awaiting my refund. Hopefully they don't do this to others.

I called this business at least five times to try and set up a group event. My sister-in law also called and although we left a detailed message on their answering machine we never received a call back! Don’t know why you would treat customers this way if you want to stay in business? I will look for another place to host our event.
