Banyan Tree: Cleveland Women's Clothing Store Guide

I had a great experience in the shop. It was clean, the cashier was friendly and helpful, and merchandise was unique and fun. Definitely worth a stop in if in the Tremont area. The store is much larger than it appears.

I've frequented Banyan Tree for years but needed to give them a special shoutout! I ordered a cardigan for store pickup. To my surprise, they shipped it to me for free. With a busy week ahead, I was so happy for this unexpected convenience! Local businesses go above and beyond for their customers and it shows!!

I absolutely love this store! Always, always, my go to store as a local Clevelander. Their jewelry and bags are so unique, and their clothing is one of a kind! I get so many compliments every time I wear something from here. On top of that, the clothes are so comfortable, you can’t help but get lost in the vibe. And then there is the staff… By far some of the nicest people I have ever come in contact with. 100% recommend!

An array of eclectic, unique, and Cleveland items(decor, glasses, soaps,perfumes, baby items), jewelry-bracelets with a multitude of charms, clothes, shoes, etc. With awesome customer service. Always something there will catch my eye!(one bracelet with some charms pictured)

Great products! The gal working on Friday June 28th did an excellent job under some pressure of many customers, and a computer glitch all while working by herself. (I wish I had gotten her name)
