Cleveland Metroparks Administration Office: Cleveland Services Guide

Spent the afternoon here with my family and our nature guide Ms. Emily was absolutely amazing! She led us through a nature trail.. We learned about slime molds and then we were able to go into the classroom and each child was able to make their own slime to take home with supplies that the center provided to us. Although the entire group was fairly large, our guides were very patient, informative and helpful throughout the process. My family will definitely be returning and I’ll refer this center to all of my friends and family who travel to Cleveland in the future! Already planning my family’s trip back 🫶🏽

We have been blessed with one of the most beautiful park systems in Cuyahoga County. Thank you for all the work you have done to turn them around. Keep up the good work

It is a beautiful place. So much to see. You can take beautiful pictures of the animals. There is so much to see so much to do too. If you do go on a Monday I would pack food because food is expensive on Mondays'. So enjoy your time there... Have fun. 🙂

The administration offices can provide helpful information/ assistance to any Metroparks guest. I would recommended to call ahead and request assistance as the front desk is very helpful and will direct the matter to the special individuals that will be of most assistance.
