Tami and Cleveland Yoga started me on my yoga journey and I am forever grateful to her!!! Tami and her team are welcoming, make the practice accessible to all levels and provide a clear path for growth and development as a student whether you are rehabilitating an injury, strengthening your core or developing your own spiritual practice.

Cleveland Yoga has given me a new lease on life! I love so many of the teachers and the classes. It is so easy to find a class/time/teacher that works for my varied schedule every day. All of the staff and owner are very kind and create an environment that welcomes everybody and heals the soul. There are great classes for beginners all the way to seasoned yogis. I absolutely love Cleveland yoga.

I have been coming here since I was a college student. The front desk staff as well as the yoga instructors are amazing, kind, and personable. That being said, with the prices that are charged for classes, management/Cleveland Yoga ownership should invest more in the upkeep of the studio, or look into expanding to a space that can accommodate its vast amount of yogis. The studio floors are separating, heat was down (space heaters were used) during classes in December, a windowsill is completely detached in one of the studios (you cannot touch it or it will fall), bathroom sinks that spray water onto the mirror, and ceiling tiles throughout the studio are water damaged and need to be replaced. All in all it is a great studio with great staff, but the maintenance/upkeep of the studio needs to reflect that.

The best studio in Cleveland, and one of my favorites in the country! Their flow is creative, intentional, and evenly paced every time; you won’t find a studio like it in the area. Cleveland Yoga and their encouraging instructors (especially Christina L and Jenn H) helped me fall in love with yoga and make it part of my daily routine. You’ll leave feeling challenged, cleansed, and with a deeper appreciation for your body, mind, and life. A must try!

Home away from home. Excellent instructors with a variety of teaching styles, all within the Baptiste methodology. Warm and welcoming, all levels and more importantly, all are truly welcome. An inclusive and safe environment for practicing on your mat, with a strong and uplifting community. CY has (2) studios so if it’s a hot & humid summer day, and you’re not into the heat, you can opt for the flow studio. I personally love the heated studio, but it’s nice to have options. Love the front desk yogis too! All in all, a great place to not just flow- but grow in your journey of discovering yoga. Simply a blissful retreat. Highly recommend!
