Club Eros: Cleveland Adult Entertainment Club Guide

Truly terrible experience. We were visiting from out of town for the weekend so i emailed asking if my group could visit the club. My friend was told yes by Jenny through email. We got ready, bought drinks and ubered to the club and when we walked up to the front desk, the man working had an immediate attitude as we approached. I said that my friend was emailing with jenny and visiting for the night. This is truly all i said before he responded. He then yelled that we needed to come before 11:00 to get in, we "didnt do our due diligence", and that talking to jenny "wasnt enough" and immediately told us to get out. He did this in front of other people entering and exiting the club, who walked outside with us to tell us that he is always horrible but theyve never seen him that bad, and a small group said "that stinks, we could have used some actual attractive people in there". Thankfully, another group told us about a club called Escape down the road. And even though at this point we got there a bit past THEIR cutoff time, they made an exception and took our money like a good business would, especially when the time information for Eros wasnt listed in the email with Jenny or the rsvp email, and we were told it was fine for us to attend. But really, that is not the biggest issue. The real issue is how we were angrily yelled at and humiliated by staff before barely getting a word out. I am very involved in the lifestyle scene in NYC and Hollywood, CA and parts of the east coast and unfortunately this is not something i will keep quiet about because as a business owner myself, i would never allow my staff to treat customers that way. You shouldnt treat any human that way when they did nothing to you. This was my first and only experience with Eros. So we never stepped foot in the club. But if youd like a review about the people inside of it, maybe focus on what the members said to us outside. Escape was wonderful, accommodating, clean and attractive with great people, at more than half the price, and just down the road. Go. There.

First timers and all our nerves were immediately settled thanks to the friendly staff and tour! Shout out to Craig for a smooth door experience and Rosa & Tommy for a fantastic tour! Set your expectations high for this place, they definitely define “you get what you pay for”

We haven’t been to another club, so there’s nothing to compare to, but we love Eros. The vibe is always great. The space is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful (we love you, Craig!) there’s complimentary food. The bathroom has toiletries like mouthwash, safety pins, wipes, spray deodorant, etc. Cleaning supplies in each room for after your personal use. We appreciate how selective, yet diverse, the clientele is. The price reflects a certain amount of care people give in their appearance and demeanor. So there’s no “ick” or discomfort when you’re hanging out, which is important in a place like this. We’ve met heterosexual, homosexual, trans, queer, differently-abled singles, couples and throuples so no one should ever feel like they can’t come. Your experience is what you make it. Jenny clearly takes a lot of pride in her business and thinks of what the people want and need. She works really hard to make the club a safe place for us to have judgement-free fun. Cons: The parking lot is small for the crowd, like 100 spaces. It is what it is and free parking in Cleveland is a luxury. We just make sure to get there early so we have a spot. Waiting for your first-timer tour can be a drag, but it’s necessary and you only have to do it once.

Clean, safe and beautifully designed! If you're new or thinking about this club, it's designed for all people. There are areas for socializing, games, lounge areas, private (and public) rooms. Indoors and both outdoor areas are very secure, clean and really pretty! The entire staff is professional and polite and will make even the most shy person feel very safe. My wife and I came with friends not really having expectations of what we were in for, and we were both so surprised by how fun the night went by. Club Eros has clearly built a culture of respect and confidence in their guests. Sincerely I am so proud that Eros is a Cleveland spot! A hidden gem in our city.
